Harvest Snaps

We tried a new snack the other day.
Harvest Snaps.  Cute, huh?
They are made from snap peas, obviously.
What cute little pea pods!

They had a great veggie taste and were lightly salted.

The texture reminded me of Cheetos.

Alex especially like them and as you can see,
they didn't last long!

    1. I bet you could do a google search and find out! I got mine at Sams Club. They won't cure a sweet tooth, though.
I still had to get in the cookie jar. ha.

    2. I will google it. Maybe Costco or Smart and Final. Speaking of cookies.... Several of the adults wondered it they could come on cookie day if they brought a donation.....What have I started...HaHa

    1. Just the texture is like those cheeto curls
the taste really is like peapods swirled
with a little salt sprinkled in.
      I think it's a win!

  4. I love those things. We can get them at Costco here in So Cal. so they are in big bags. I can go through them too fast so I don't buy them too often.
    There are good.

  7. I've been seeing strange new veggie snacks in the deli section- green beans, all sorts of different ones. I will have to try some.

  8. This is such a strange coincidence because I just tried these a few days ago too! Had never had them before and the place that I am house-sitting had them in the cupboard. They are sooooooo tasty!

    1. Oh, my boys love chips, too! So much so that we have to hide the bag and ration them out! ha.

  13. Oh yes, I've had them before, they are delicious...I have to watch how many I eat though, because of the "digestive result"! I first saw them at Trader Joe's.

    1. oh dear.....no digestive results here. That would be a negative. ha. You must be sensitive to an ingredient...but they are all natural...hmm....

  14. That's one way to get children to eat their peas.
Gotta love all those crispy vegetables out there these days.

    1. "Gotta" Is that on your list of banned words?

      Delete
    2. It wasn't a list of banned words...and it wasn't mine...it was from the New York TImes, I believe. It was phrases we commonly use that don't make sense, like "doing a 360" instead of "doing a 180" or hone in instead of home in. Gotta is slang and I use it all the time!
