One of God's masterpieces.
Isn't he? He's such an awesome cat. :)
What a beauty !! I love these lovely eyes !!Greetings
Isn't he? Thanks, Ela....
What a handsome boy . . . and so alert . . . you look after your cats so well Betsy, they are a credit so you . . :)
He's a good, handsome guy...such a nice pet!
You need a cat, Ed. I think Peter would love it...and you, too!
That might be a good idea . . . will think on it . . . I might call it Betsy if it was a girl . . . :)And yes Peter would love it . . . I am sure, He often strokes a black cat on our travels to town . . :)
I can see you installing a little cat flap so she could come and go into the back garden. :)
Yes a little cat flap . . . indeed but she might invite all her mates and we might end up having 15 or so cats . . . :)
Only for dinner....not to stay. haha...I've never had a new cat live with me because of the cat flap!
Shame Lynne has not called in to see Slate . . . maybe a little later . . :)
It would be nice to have a piccie of Slate and Star together . . . are they good friends?
No, not really. He was kind to her when she first came but they didn't go beyond that. I got a couple of pictures of them sleeping on the couch together early on, though. :)
This must be the one that likes to "pose!"....what a majestic look!!!
He's a good poser...never had a bad hair day...very photogenic. haha. Lynne from NC, who doesn't have a blog, but comments occasionally loves Slate.....I haven't seen her here in a while so thought we'd say hello with her favorite kitty. :)
Eyes open wide as he poses so regally at your seaHe sure never has a bad hair day with any photo spree
He likes to be brushed, toowhich is new at our zoo. After brushing little Star we started a line near and far.Everyone thinks it feels grandand there isn't so much loose fur across our land!
haha guess they all want inAnd not as much fur is a win
I'm sure Lynne will be happy to see Slate!
I think so, too! :)
You are a special lady, who is very thoughtful.Slate's handsome face, should bring her back!If I should not show up for awhile, just do a post on your faucet!
Hilarious! Oh, you do make laugh!
I, too, was wondering where Lynne was. We get used to your regulars. :-)I just adore Slate - from everything you say he seems like the perfect cat. If he is ever missing... you might want to check a certain gal in Toronto! Hee hee.
I know she hasn't been feeling well, so I hope she's doing alright.Maybe Slate will bring a smile to her face. :)Hey, there's a full moon tonight! And we have clear skies...hoping for a good photo!
Yes, a blue moon tonight! Hope I can see it too. It was sunny today but seems overcast now. Hope you get a good pic. I'm hopeless at moon pics.
I did get several good pics! Its was bright and beautiful!
handsome dude there. Hope Lynne is feeling better soon.
He woke me up this morning by laying straight down my back...lol....
Hi Betsy - I hope this entices Lynne across when she gets to see Slate ... and that she feels better and more comfortable with life. Lovely critters as Lenny would say ... cheers to you and that Blue Moon is a-coming ... Hilary
that Blue Moon was gorgeous...very bright!
Majestic.I think that describes him to a T.:0)
He thinks he's from the big cat family. :)
