  2. Did you take this from inside? Oh Charcoal is a beautiful feline!!!! Love how you captured the surroundings. Happy Monday! Betsy, you've got to try a Monte Cristo. You could probably make a great one.

    1. Yes, right through the window! He is a handsome guy...and such a great personality. If you pet him he flops on the floor for more. haha. His face is always so expressive, too.

I need...NEED ...one of those Monte Cristos! Right now would be good! I never thought of making one...hmmm!

    2. If I were to make one at home... I would dip the sides in mixture for french toast, and just brown in some butter. I've never done it...but I think it would work, and the flavors should be the same.

  3. It is such a great photo of such a beautiful good looking cat. The color of gray is so rich looking against the white. I am not sure I have ever seen one like this before. Normally they are black and white and I think you do have one of those too.

    1. I do love gray...any shade...and Charcoal is a nice one! I have two cats that are solid dark gray...so pretty! I have four black and white cats...used to be six! And an orange...and a couple of gray striped...and four all black....lol.....at the present time, that is. :)

  4. Charcoal is a fine cat. He (?) is the same colouring as my Dinky, who is busy shedding hair and fluff all over the house at the moment.
Wanda - A Monte Cristo is one of my favourite snacks. We call them a Croque Monsieur here. Fried or grilled.

    1. He and Dinky are the same colors! My cats are shedding, too, but they loved to be brushed, I've discovered, so we are doing a lot of that.

    2. No, they don't! And I've never had one....in fact, I'm not sure I've ever seen
one on a menu, although I have heard the name...but didn't know what it was
until Wanda posted a picture of hers on her blog. Yum!

  6. What a lovely face and great photo. Thanks for dropping by today. Must explain about the pots. Most of them do have drainage and are fine but some were gifts and are ceramic without drain holes. Those I have to help after a rainfall.
