Alex just doesn't like these ketchup bottles!
He doesn't care if the label is upside down, just
don't have the thing standing on it's cap!
He's been known to peak inside the refrigerator
just to make sure it's standing the 'right' way. ha.
♥
Understandable, really . . . :)
ReplyDeleteYes, it's very logical, isn't it?
DeleteMakes perfect sense to me!!
DeleteHave a great week Betsy!!
Cheers!
Linda :o)
Who,...Alex or Eddie? ha.
DeleteIf Eddie makes sense to you, then please explain him to me! lol...
Oh gosh...NO...Eddie makes no sense to me! Hahaha! *wink wink*
DeleteAlex of course! :o)
LOL . . .now girls . . .please don't gang up on me . . . lol
DeleteHaha...oh, you wish we would!
DeleteI don't know what you mean . . . . lol
DeleteLol...me too Alex !
ReplyDeleteWell not peaking inside the fridge, but always turning the bottle the right way up.....according to my thinking :)
~Jo
Actually, I don't like it all filling the spout...when you open the lid, it can spit out at you! So, I'm with Alex!
Deletelol I sit them upright too
ReplyDeleteUntil it gets to the bottom at my zoo
Then flip them on the cap
To get the last from inside the flap
Still a ketchup fan
Deletethere at your land?
See..we buy the right kind
at least it used to be in your mind.
lol that is still the right kind
DeleteI just get the organic type but use the normal in a bind
Still dipping your chicken
Deleteto make it finger linckin' :)
AN OCD sufferer's nightmare...
ReplyDeleteIt really is! And when the fridge got crowded a while back, I had to move the ketchup from it's designated spot. haha...that didn't last long!
DeleteMy grandma once stayed with my brothers when Tim was small. She rearranged a few little things, pictures and such. That didn't last long either. He put them all back where they belonged.
Delete:0)
haha....see...he gets it! :)
DeleteAlex insists on a lot of things being in the right spot. "Right" being relative. He want's my coffee pot on the left side of the sink, my camera on my desk to the right of my laptop and my purse hanging in my closet...among about 100 other things. :) Every day he gets off the bus and walks around putting everything in it's place. :)
DeleteThat is funny but makes sense to me, too.
ReplyDeleteI hope the trend doesn't spread to everything or he'll be in turmoil over here! haha...
DeleteSmart boy! I can understand that:)
ReplyDeleteIt does make sense, doesn't it? ha.
DeleteI agree with Alex, too. He is right on this one. My fridge would probably drive him crazy.
ReplyDeleteOh, he'd have it all organized for you in no time! haha. Then you wouldn't be able to find anything!
DeleteThis is a bit of a quirk to me as well. And the shampoo bottles---I guess it's to make it come out faster but I never know which end is up! Ha!
ReplyDeleteJane x
My shampoo is like that, too...it's a tube that stands on it's cap. :)
DeleteIf only the ketchup companies would listen to Alex :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd they thought this design was helping! ha.
DeleteWhat a sweet story about the peeking. Our new fridge came with tee-ninecy little slot-things on the bottoms of the doors, like the "pockets" in car doors. Ketchup has always lived upside down at the end in old fridge door, and I worried that Sweetpea couldn't find them at first. Didn't allow for her height, silly me---she was right down there near them, and grabbed it right away..
ReplyDeleteoh, that's cute...glad those pockets worked out for you. They drove me crazy when we got our new fridge...the fat things that had always been in the doors had to find new spots!
DeleteWell tell Alex I don't like it upside down either. I love that he checks the refrigerator to make sure.... Have a great week Betsy.
ReplyDeleteHe spends a lot of time making sure everything is in it's spot. haha....
DeleteAw, so sweet that he peeks in to double check! My mayo is that way but I like it because it comes out of the bottle more easily and there's no having to dip in and out with a knife.
ReplyDeletegood point about the mayo.....I haven't bought that design yet for it!
DeleteI really like your green glass salt shaker.
Delete...no metter what for the world is right...that's your refrigerator and he can do what mekes him happier
ReplyDeleteI think he would agree with you!
DeleteAlex has a good point. Personally, I find those plastic bottles hard to use after a while - the plastic seems to harden; may as well use a glass one!
ReplyDeleteI used to drive my ex-wife crazy because I arranged the fridge with the dairy produce on the top shelf, jams, pickles, sauces, etc., on the next shelf. Then the cooked meats, chicken, pies on the third shelf and at the bottom the uncooked meat, fish and bacon, alongside the "Freshabox" containing the salad stuff! Next day I would look in again and find everything all mixed up. Kids! Ha!
DeleteLike Alex, I like everything in it's place, whether it's right or wrong. And I store my ketchup the same as Alex; it seems wrong somehow standing on the cap. . .
Mike ~ I think you're right!
DeleteKeith ~ I like everything orderly like that, too...it makes cooking so much easier when you know right where everything is! And before going shopping, you can immediately see what needs to be replaced!
Smiling with you . . .
ReplyDeleteKind of cute, isn't it? ha.
DeleteI can see his point! Despite the reversed letters ... Smile
ReplyDeleteyep....he doesn't care at all about the label!
DeleteI agree with Alex that the lid should be on top, except when the bottle is nearly empty. Then it's good to turn "upside down" to help get that last little bit out faster. He sounds very organized, at least when it comes to ketchup containers. :)
ReplyDeleteSo true...
DeleteYes, he is very organized. He makes sure everything is just so. He even turns the shampoo bottles around and lines them up on the edge of the tub. ha.
I can sympathise with his views too. Either way up, you can never get the last bit out.
ReplyDeleteThat is so true...there is always still about an inch left!
DeleteI'm with Alex!
ReplyDeleteWell he has some good company, then! :)
DeleteIt makes sense to me.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Alex! =)
