Cute comment! Typical male isn't he! Many species have something in common with us, don't they? Sweetest chipmunk drinking from my fountain this morning, and then he washed his face with his little hands. He moves so fast. I've named him Scooter. Lynne in NC
Oh, little Scooter sounds adorable! I'd love to see that. It's been a few years since we had a chipmunk here. We used to have one that sat in the bird feeder...that was in the years between pet cats. ha.
Boy that didn't take long. I could write a short story about our honeymoon.....looking back now it's hilarious...at the time not so much. But that was 54 years ago. Honeymoons are much different nowadays. We were trying to save money....HaHa. Maybe I'll post it on our anniversary in June.
Oh Betsy...I'm laughing at your comment....but what is so funny, is I had decided to call the post about our honeymoon....What were we Thinking????? What do they say about great minds...haha.
Oh, that is hilarious! Yes, great minds! But you know you can't tell a young couple in love what to do...we thought we were indispensable and everything would be alright....and it was! We had nothing and were perfectly happy! :) Can't wait to read your post!
I'm cracking up here. Ours lasted a bit longer than theirs. And more seriously, with my health issues from Lyme disease, I have come to appreciate the words, "in sickness and in health". 34 years and my husband is making dinner for me!
Pat is right, he got his 'onions' And now she's nursing bruised bunions . . . . . He wears a very cheeky smirk And now she thinks he is a jerk . . . . . . lol
It could be said he's 'had his chips' Whatever sweet talking comes from his lips. Perhaps she'll love him again next year When he makes his courtship intentions clear . . . lol
I guess all good things must come to an end! Sweet picture.
ReplyDeletehaha....he fed her for so long, it was adorable. Ah well, he's probably leaving his socks on the floor now, too. lol....
DeleteHa! That put a very funny picture in my head.
DeleteOooooo - banana bread - yum! I love the smell almost more than the bread.
ReplyDeletehaven't made it in ages!

ReplyDeleteMaybe it's their first fight. I'm sure it's all his fault. lol....
DeleteAt least they are still together. My wife and I never fight. She just explains to me why she is right and we move on from there. (;-0)
