My resident Firefighters were at the annual Fundraiser/Consignment Sale at the Gap Fire Company (where they volunteer) brrr, too cold for me! But Serena and I sat all day in a chilly gym at a volleyball tournament that Son #3 played in. Made it to the finals :):) but lost the last game :( but they did great for a young team not used to playing together, Wow! I was impressed and I think they were a bit surprised as well! Anyway to make it interesting I fell asleep on the sidelines when he wasn't playing and was startled awake when a spiked ball landed beside me and clattered the empty chair that was there. LOL! I saw some of the young chicks trying to hide their smiles. Too funny!!
Garden Girl seems to like the snow . . . Would be fun to animate the cats and birds and nugget perhaps . . . . :) Read about Peaches on your sidebar . . . poor thing . . . :(
When the warm actually arrives to stay we are going to be SO happy! Even me, the lover of winter, is looking forward to flowering trees and open windows!
I always enjoy Garden Girl's her coy expression. I think she has a lot of secrets! No snow here but very cold for the last few days and nights. I love winter but I am ready for some warmth... even a little warmer and I am still happy. Hate the heat.
Hi Betsy - well done ... and as Suza says .. Garden Girl looks so coy .. but she was also cold - we are just wet and windy ... cool too. I hope Peaches returns and you can help him/her get healthy and join the clan .. have a peaceful and happy Easter week - it will warm up! Hilary
We had lots of flurries and low 30's as well! Brr, time for some sunshine!
ReplyDeleteThe sun came through this afternoon....heading your way! Still cold, though! brrr...

DeleteAren't you glad it didn't hit you! Oh my! Sounds like a pretty fun day and how nice that your son's team did so well! Good for them!
DeleteWhy not make your own videos of snowing, cats, birds etc? It would be nice to actually see movement in some of your shots.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea! I'll have to try that. Would you believe I haven't even used the video on my camera? I'll have to find out how to do it!
