What a lot of Sparrows . . . . hope I'm right.What is a collection of Sparrows I wonder?A flock, a gaggle, a congregation, a herd . . . . :)My RAK ok and will post on Friday . . . Looks as though I might be first again.Keith must be at the pub or asleep . . . lol
I would say a flock...like all little birds. :)
A "noise" of birds?
Maybe a flock of noisy birds . . . :)
Great shot- they look like they are on lookout, for sure. I have a group of sparrows that sit like this on the old scrub from my rock garden...in the summer they hide in it.
Oh, how fun that they hide in your rock garden in the summer! Mine are usually in the tree with the feeder. They must have been enjoying the warm sun this day.
That's some awesome Christmas tree decorating!
Isn't it! They're late....or maybe way early?
You forgot their little Christmas Hats . . . . :)
haha...we don't do that here! That's a British tradition, along with your crackers. :)
Hey.....We do crackers and hats here too!And the wee surprises inside.....:o)Cheers!Linda :o)
You all just have more fun! Sigh! (or look more silly?) ha.
The crackers have silly jokes too inside like:Q. What goes tick tock tick tock wuff wuff?A. A watchdog. . . . lolImagine me saying that with a funny hat on . . . lol
What an interesting shot....Talk about a "Birds Eye View" Very cool. I have my RAK for Friday. It was actually Don who did it with my help.
Glad you got Don in on the action! Can't wait to hear about it!
Those little RAK's that arise during the week are almost forgotten unless I actually purpose to remember. I guess that's kind of like not letting your left hand know what your right hand is dong. Maybe.:0)"My " birds do that too. They like to sit on the little branches that stick out of the bushes outside Mom's window. (That's always going to be "Grandma's room" now.
I think that means you do them so often, they are second nature to you! :)
Either that or I have a really bad memory. Ha ha!
A great shot of that gathering!
They look so cute...probably soaking in the sun!
haha they got every angle covered upWon't get eaten or chased by cat or pup
Nice and safe close to the sky!Can even watch for hawks a way up high!
That is PRECIOUS! I love it!
Thanks, Chris...glad I happened to see them up there!
heh, that high up it puts them well out of paws reach eh? smiles.
Yep! That tree is really tall! Although, I have seen my cats climbing the pines....crazy...a raccoon, once, too!
Lovely photo of all those sweet little birds.
They are sweet, aren't they? Sparrows are under appreciated I think. :)
They look like pine popsicles!
