I keep running out of packing peanuts, so this time I
ordered the REALLY BIG bag.  It was delivered yesterday.
Yep, it's really big!

I laugh every time I walk by my studio!

  6. Ha! Too funny. Studio Bear looks like he's about to dive into that pile. :-) I am always impressed how well you pack the items that I have purchased. I end up recycling the peanuts.

  7. When I receive something big and find it's packed with loads of those, or even the polystyrene slabs, my heart sinks. The reason? Our local Council doesn't recycle polystyrene so I have to find a way to get rid of them, Can't burn them because of the stink, and the air pollution. Any ideas?

    1. Send them to me! I'm always running short! ha.
Seriously, I don't have an idea not knowing your laws...you can recycle them here, reuse them, or pitch them.

    2. Of course! I can send them to you, but I would need some more to pack round them in the box. I can't reuse them, I don't send things usually.

    3. Some to pack around them? haha....do you have any of those air pockets? That might protect them on their journey.

  8. Heehee. Guess you won't need any for awhile. I hoard them and a package came the other day and my dog, Dash went crazy...trying to eat them. I believe some are made from potatoes or whatever....cause he thought it was definitely something to eat.

  11. My old boss used to sell on ebay. Every time I got any type of shipping supplies I'd bring them to him. Saved me the trouble of disposing of them properly, and saved him money.

  12. Wow, that is huge indeed
Won't run out for a while at your feed
Hopefully the cats don't decide to have fun
Then indoors it could snow as around they run

  16. Oh my goodness! An indoor snow storm. I got a package the other day and the peanuts must have been made out of corn starch...they melted!

    1. Those are those 'green' peanuts....made from natural products. They smoosh during shipment and don't do the job! Nothing should melt in Wisconsin during the winter! haha...

  17. You should hold a contest to see who can guess how many. Of course we would need to wait an awful long time before you could find the correct answer! Thanks for visiting Rosyfinch Ramblings, and best wishes!
