ReplyDeleteHe has had such a fun time with that card...you can make a train as long as you want and choose the order of the cars. Then you can drive it through a little village and control the speed. He giggled the whole way through!

ReplyDeleteVery tasty...layered English muffins, ham, spinach sauteed in olive oil and garlic, eggs. Broiled the tomatoes with italian seasoning, salt and parmesan. yum.

Marmalade has become a very photogenic cat! He wasn't even my favorite from the litters but I've grown to love his orange-ness. ha.

ReplyDeleteI thought they looked poached, too! But they are just over-easy. The whites weren't so thin that they ran all over....wonder why! They were fresh and tasted fine. hmm...

DeleteI don't think so..lol...I usually have to cut them apart so I can flip them over! Now that I think about it, I did use a different pan instead of my usual little skillet. I'll have to make them again and see if that's what did it!

I'm checking out getting a KitchenAid which I've wanted for years, and I received a little surprise extra money, and that's what I'm going to do with it. You have such a good memory....remembering my little Nissan got a new paint job after my fender bender....love you.
