Before the auction started today, I browsed through the rows of
box lots and saw this little framed picture of two Boston Terrier pups.
I immediately thought of Anita at Did You Bring Your Camera.
I told all my coworkers to bid on it for me if I happened to be
clerking on the other side of the room when it came up for auction,
but I just happened to be available to snap it up without too much
competition! It looks like her two dogs, Buster (who left this world
way too soon) and Bugsy, who carries on with his adorable
Bat Man ears. haha. Anita! Email me your mailing address...
I want you to have this sweet little thing!
And if you don't visit Anita's blog, you should.
Your mouth will hang open in awe of her amazing photography!
♥

ReplyDeleteYes, I think this print must come live with you! :)
DeleteHow fun! Is this where you get all your Christmas shopping done? Maybe I need a job at an auction house!
ReplyDeleteThose Bostons are adorable!
Believe it or not, I didn't get any presents at the auctions!
DeleteI do love my job, though, and would recommend it highly if you have
any auctioneers in your area!
Are they not toooooooooo cute? Oh my. How sweet of you to get it for her.
ReplyDeleteAnd a big HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to you and the Mister. Hope you get a chance to celebrate. 31 years... whoo-hoo! xox

DeleteI know... I was in shock!
DeleteVisited Anita's blog briefly - amazing photos!
Oh I will be sure to visit her. We had a boston terrier named Mugzie that looks a lot like the picture.
ReplyDeleteMugzie. Aw. :)
DeleteSweet painting- I'm off to meet Anita.

DeleteWhat a lovely thing to do Betsy......
ReplyDeleteCheers!
Linda :o)
Well, it was easy ...because she is lovely herself! :)
DeleteThank you for her link!
ReplyDeleteyou will love her photography!!
DeleteSweet. Our son had a BT named Shiloh. Sweetest guy. He passed from diabetes when he was 3. :(
ReplyDeleteHappy 31st. Annie! :)
Shiloh. Aw. :(
DeleteAwesome thing to do
ReplyDeleteLooks great too
relative had a bt pup
Wasn't at all stuck up
But if you had your camera it would stand there and pose
It would not move for even the crying of crows
You could get 1000 pics of it in the exact same way
The only time she'd change was when you moved the camera display
Might make me want a dog.
DeleteCertainly better than a hog!
Yeah, no mini or big pig for me
DeleteTake a dog anyday at my sea
That picture is so cute! It's so sweet of you to get it for Anita.
ReplyDeleteI checked out her blog - amazing photos!
yeah, her photography is magazine worthy...just incredible.
DeleteHi Betsy - how fantastic ... Anita will be thrilled and what a wonderful thought and present to her .. I must wing on over to see Anita at her site ..
ReplyDeleteCheers Hilary
It was just meant to be...sometimes I don't stroll through the box lots! So glad I had time yesterday!
DeleteAw, how sweet. So like Bugsy. Anita is one of my good blog friends too.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what Samantha was thinking about? Her next meal? I like that little robin, my mother had a similar one and when I was about 2 or 3 she told me I used to talk to it! *
