Sunday Afternoon Drive

Another thing crossed off my Summer Fun To Do List!
A Sunday Afternoon drive.
If you want to know what southwestern Ohio looks like in the
summertime, here you go...

The views are typical for Ohio, but the temperatures certainly are not!
We're dipping into the 50's at night an reaching 70 during the day.
 No humidity.  Incredible.
We've started our third week of this and it is wonderful!
Makes for a perfect leisurely drive!

  15. I love these photos Betsy! It reminds me of when I was in Ohio visiting Dayton, everywhere we were driving was filled with corn fields but they were beautiful cornfields. I actually had a discussion about Ohio recently with a lady who was born in America but now lives over here along similar lines, such a beautiful little state in general.

  17. Apart from the American Flag symbols, Southwestern Ohio is identical to Southwestern Ontario!
Of course I'm partial to the cow-shot, but I love the road stretching out beneath the dappled light of the trees.

  18. I love the farmland along with the barns, silos, cows, and corn. I've plenty of memories of driving through Ohio in late summer (on our way to Pensacola, FL usually). I love NY's farmland too. That's where Hannah and I were yesterday, but she was driving and there's not much stopping her.

  19. I can see much of that here
    Most is around I fear
And no humidity is great as well
Sure we'll pay for it soon at our cell
