    1. Isn't that the crazy thing? He's an outside cat...loves the mulch and the garden and stays so beautiful. Maybe he changes his socks before photographs. lol....

  4. Betsy, my husband is so in love with this cat. I know I've mentioned he had a cat named Norton, after Ed Norton on "The Honeymooners". I met Norton in 1969 when I first met my husband. He was an extraordinary cat, very smart, very sleek, very fast. He was "the one" as far as my husband was concerned. We've had many since but Norty will always hold that special place in Scott's heart.

Socks is the spitting image of Norton.

  13. He is such a beautiful boy! I'd like to know his secret to keeping that white so pristine. Sammy also has a white chest, rolls around in the garden when I'm working in it and spends a lot of his day laying in the mulch under the bird feeder..lol! Yet he too is always so clean.

    1. Aw, I had a cat, Alex, that lived 18 years. He was my first pet and I got him after we built our house. I still miss him...even with 9 others. lol....

  18. He is definitely a Princely cat and totally looks like he is the boss. It is so nice to hear how they are all adjusting to finally coming around you and being a companion in their own ways. And it is good in that pretty soon the new litter will adjust with their help. Very blessed cats.

    God bless.

    1. The new litter has been distracting me from any work around here! ha. Mom hisses if I come close, so I've been watching through the back door. Adorable!
