It's a Nikon Coolpix P100. I have the outdoor photos down pretty well, but the inside ones or ones that need a flash I really need to read the book for some pointers!
Betsy Only Im teasing you, I never fix my pictures I dont have idea, I know Picassa but always Im hurry to my pictures, but your pictures are always nice!
LOL yeah my ocd wouldn't let that occur Would just ruffle the cat's fur My setting says the correct time too But the stupid comment thing has lost a screw
Must be a little cold As he's all fluffed up and bold Have the kitties noticed the good view from the window yet Watching from the indoors licking their lips wet
They weren't bothering the parakeets until tonight. I guess they just didn't feel well enough until now. ha. And here I thought they had matured. Sigh.
Oh what a beauty! Today I was at the drug store picking up an Rx and they had a fake tree full of "Song Birds" (Stuffed )and Mr. Cardinal was there and I had to laugh and tell my grandson Jon, my friend Betsy doesn't have fake birds...she has the real deal! I must show his this picture!!
gorgeous! birds remind me of so many blessings because of different ones that have stood out to me in difficult times in my life. I love to feed and watch them! there would definitely be something missing in my backyard if they went away!!
You have the most interesting visitors to your garden. Very beautiful birds that most of us never see. I really appreciate that you share them with us. It is like we are bird watchers without having to leave our houses and go out into the cold.
It is like you have a little zoo going on and all the creatures in the area know this. Plus you have some nice neighbors to help you.
i had to read through a number of replies to see if you took this. It's so professional. Amazing! Abe Lincoln, the blogger, would love this shot. And through a window!
look beauty like all your birds Betsy!!
ReplyDeletethanks, dear. :)
DeleteBetsy I never see this bird before!
ReplyDeleteHe's cute isn't he? I'm having trouble with my photo editing coming through...I updated a new version of picasa today. :(
DeleteI think you take amazing pictures Betsy!
DeleteI agree Gloria, Betsy does that amazing pictures.
DeleteWhat kind of camera, Betsy?
It's a Nikon Coolpix P100. I have the outdoor photos down pretty well, but the inside ones or ones that need a flash I really need to read the book for some pointers!
DeleteIt's really hard to believe that you take all these great close-up shots through a window!
ReplyDeleteSilver Betsy have so CLEAN her windows Im sure (lol)
Deletefor these the pics look amazing!
ok...got the editing to come through. Can you see a difference? Geesh. I really wish Google and Blogger would leave everything alone. SO frustrating!
DeleteSo clean surprising they don't fly right into it
DeleteLike that commercial where they did it and had a fit..haha
Betsy Only Im teasing you, I never fix my pictures I dont have idea, I know Picassa but always Im hurry to my pictures, but your pictures are always nice!
DeleteOh I know you are teasing! ha. I just hate it when they 'improve' something and it's less convenient to use!
DeleteAnd Pat, the birds have flown right into the window before! Ouch! Poor things.
Still can't get my photo centered!
Did't even notice it not being centered. The bird is so beautiful.
DeleteLOL you need to leave a smudge somewhere
DeleteSo they can see it and avoid such an affair
I got the centered part fixed. The gray border around the photo was hanging out over the column lines!
DeleteI checked my time setting and it shows GMT but that isn't what it's saying on the comments. :) Pat you had that probably not so long ago!
A smudge...oh yeah, like I'd be able to look at it all the time. lol. No, I like my windows clean. ha.
LOL yeah my ocd wouldn't let that occur
DeleteWould just ruffle the cat's fur
My setting says the correct time too
But the stupid comment thing has lost a screw
What a dapper little guy!
ReplyDeleteMust be a little cold
ReplyDeleteAs he's all fluffed up and bold
Have the kitties noticed the good view from the window yet
Watching from the indoors licking their lips wet
Yes, they have noticed a few times but don't stare and chirp like I thought they might!
DeleteGuess why bother with the ones outdoors
DeleteWhen they can see two already indoors..haha
And had to go with the dear
To my little rhyming rear..lol
They weren't bothering the parakeets until tonight. I guess they just didn't feel well enough until now. ha. And here I thought they had matured. Sigh.
DeleteLOL well eventually they will
DeleteAfter they get over their thrill
Well, it hasn't happened yet, since Tiger was hanging on the cage by his front paws tonight. ha.
Deletehaha I'd say he's feeling better and ready to play
DeleteShould be a fun time at your bay
Would you look at this? I'm not even in my own time zone anymore. Geesh.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that more than a couple of days ago, actually.
DeleteYeah I've been all Back to the Future for a good month now
DeleteI change it back and forth but blogger still won't fix it no way no how
See...it's contagious! You gave it to me!
DeleteSure blame me
DeleteMaybe it was the rhyming spree
well, you started the rhymes...
Deleteso either way, it's your crime!

ReplyDeleteisn't that true! I enjoy them very much.
Deletewhat a wicked cool hairdo he has...sharp pic betsy
ReplyDeleteI know what you're thinking, Bri...a double mohawk cropped short. Don't do it! Step away from the clippers! lol...
DeleteWonderful! I love that he's slightly off center. Love the blurry branch in front, too. Delightfully artistic composition.
ReplyDeleteI didn't mean the bird was off center. The entire photo was overlapping the column border. I fixed it, though.
DeleteWhat a header..I want to do that! Love this sweet little bird, so perfect, so darling..and what a great picture! ;D
ReplyDeleteI want to do it, too, Julie! Let's go! I need a day of sleigh riding!
Deletewow, you get so many different species of birds there! amazing, as always :-)
ReplyDeleteIsn't he sweet? They aren't always here, but often enough that I have identified them. I love their bright white head stripes!
DeleteBetsy, yes, he is so sweet, it's amazing what nature can make ... what a hat, what a hat :-)
DeleteIt is a pretty fancy hat! But I'm afraid Brian is going to try to change his mohawk and try to copy it! lol...
Deletesaw your reply this morning only Betsy ... lol ... hmmm T. may be blaming you giving Brian bad ideas ... haha
DeleteHe is gorgeous...great shot
ReplyDeleteHugs
SueAnn
