  7. haha poor grape face got beat by a strawberry of all things
I guess he just couldn't muster up a pair of wings
    Maybe someone rang a bell
And something got criss crossed in some heavenly well
Then the poor angel lost it's wings to that berry
I suppose it beats a cherry
    Or some prancing fairy
Let's not even discuss something of dairy
    Now I'm done
You're food can be so fun..haha

Too bad I didn't save grape face!
I could have attached it for a head in the right place!
Although the wrinkly raisin wouldn't look very heavenly
and maybe even a bit scary!

  22. I know! I think I need to try one of the other markets that carries more of a variety from other countries. This grocery that I go to doesn't have much in the way of exotic produce.

  41. It's been awhile since we have had a fruit or veggie creature post!! How fun to find an angel on Christmas Eve! blessings ~ tanna

  42. I am not sure if it is just me but the strawberry reminded me of a butterfly. I saw what looked like the two little antennas at the top and the body, while the strawberry looked like wings. Then I saw everyone thought it looked like an angel and I went to look again and still saw the butterfly in the larger picture and a snow angel in the smaller one. Must be because I am still sick. Big sigh!!

    God bless.

  43. Love it! I love how God reminds us in different ways that He's with us and has everything under control :) I really need those reminders sometimes more than others! Have a wonderful day!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Mrs.U ~ Yes, it could be a butterfly, but on Christmas Eve it looked like an angel to me!

    ReplyDelete
  49. I don't know how these weirdly shaped fruits & veg always seem to find you. All the stuff I get is boringly normal. It does look like an angel - or a big pink heart.

    ReplyDelete
  50. love seafood, gloria...most of it anyway. :)
