Wait until the kitties get a load of this They might fight over it with a hiss And then chow down Breaking it off and dragging it all over town As they think it's a good snack Even though some are poison and might give them a heart attack..lol
Pat ~ just one more reason to keep them outside because in here there are too many places to hide! They did wrestle and chew my azalea to bits and I only had a tiny fit. lol...
I did see it,and it is beautiful. This is funny- I took the white rose home, and just a couple of days ago I noticed a single new bud. It bloomed today, also and is a beautiful YELLOW, just like yours. I see there are TWO plants in the same pot! A small, but beautiful surprise. Thanks for posting the picture.
beautiful. I have one too, it's a pinky red. hard to keep alive, as you say. I'm keeping a Jobe spike in the container & water as needed but not too much. they don't like wet feet.
Rebecca ~ I looked them up online for tips and they did say that they grow well outdoors, too. I've had such bad luck with them. I'm so happy this one is doing well! It was dust mites that got mine before, and I guess a weekly shower prevents that. Your red one sounds pretty!
love your day by day photos. I saw some of those little rose bushes at the grocery store yesterday and wondered if they were strictly for indoors or not, after reading your comments, now I know.
Thanks, Betsy from the bottom of my heart for your kind prayers for Maria. She is holding her own and long may she do so. I think the fact that friends from all over the world are praying for her is helping enormously. God Bless ~ Eddie
PS Glad you like the phone saga post LOL. Out of it several ladies thing I look 10 years younger or I may be wearing a wig. LOL I suppose I had better do a post on it LOL
