Betsy! We just had a long discussion about THOSE MUMS on Sunday as they have been especially brilliant this year...such a pleasure to drive by them each and every day!!!!!
Well, the whole area looks very alien to here, actually, let me tel you. no green here, very few leaves and no mums in bloom as far as I can tell. Looks lovely. those photos it doesn't even look that autumnal yet.
LOVE your thankful list though. Every one of those are excellent thoughts. I should do that too. how cute.
I like your little driving tours; it's fun to get a glimpse of your little village. I think I would be tempted to ride my bike up and down that pretty street.
Rather startling, for early November!
ReplyDeleteyou are lucky to have mums.
ReplyDeletethey sell them here and they are dead in 1 week.

ReplyDeleteSuch vibrant colours! At least you can look at the photo's when they've disappeared for the winter, Betsy.
ReplyDeleteThat is so beuatiful and looks more like spring to me.;) Here we have no more blooming flowers outside, except for an occasional rose.;)

ReplyDeleteOh, I enjoyed that little drive. Your nice clean roads (and no traffic jams) are a great antidote to our crowded, noisy, dirty, urban streets.
ReplyDeleteQuite gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors!! It's hard to believe it's November here too!! I hope that's a good sign!! :-)
