I've Been Roasted!

Do me a favor and pop on over to Eddie Bluelight's blog
Clouds and Silvery Linings. He's done a great job of
interviewing me and asking serious and hilarious questions!
You might learn something new about me, too!
And thank you Mr. Toast, for giving my name to Eddie.

  5. Hi Betsy........ just popped over from my brother Eddie's Roast and enjoyed it very much.
I *sat up* when I saw that you had so many men and male animals in your life and hope you don't mind a woman blogger commenting on your post! LOL.

As I have a 14 yr old autistic grandson, I am really interested in the fact that you have autistic triplets. That must be hard work with all the other males to fit in too.
Will have a browse around now that I am here, if you don't mind, that is.

  11. Relatively speaking, there aren't many who truly deserve to have spotlights thrown upon them. You're one of those who does, needless to say... but I'm saying it anyway.

  12. This was really a nice post Eddie did for you....it wasn't mean spirited as I've seen in some roasts. I enjoyed learning more about you, and am always impressed at your wonderful sense of humor. It's one of the reason for my popping in at my 5 men.

  13. Loved the Roast. A couple of months ago I referred your blog to an old friend of mine who has an autistic 16yo grandson. She thought you were wonderful and also described you as a 'glass half full' kind of girl!

  26. What an excellent roast, Betsy. You did cook up well! Loved all of it. Wonderful. ")

Of cours ei already know you so well from reading your blog for so long alone but your receoomendation of "Nella Cordelia: A Birth Story," from Enjoying the Small Things blog by Kelle was so good too. I jsut read a bit of the blog and had to stop as it is such a tear jerker. The way the pediatrician told ehr the news was ahndled so incredibly well too, must say.

Makes me wonder, when the final analysis was in, which I suspect took a lot of diagnosis from so many for your young boys, did the doctors handle it as well breaking that news to you?

Oh, and I so had to laugh as the s-x change question. you were so brave and funny there. Yes, that would make things MOST interesting there. All boys all the way around!

  27. P.s> Alan would be a fantastic roast too. Great idea ot mention him.
