Alan and Steve

My sister and I have commented several times
on Alan's blog that he reminded us of our
uncle! Well, last week Alan demanded to
see a picture so he could decide for himself.
Today, I offered to do a post and let you all see,
too. Above is Alan from News From Nowhere.
Thank you, Tony for the picture which I
blatently stole from your blog. :)
And this is Uncle Steve!
Now I'm sure you can see the resemblance!
Both handsome chaps, wouldn't you say?
And dear sweethearts, too! :)

  1. Hi Betsy, You are lucky.. This Betsy doesn't have a sister. I had two brothers, Ray and Jim.. Both are gone as are my parents.

Isn't it neat when we meet new people who remind us of someone else whom we know????? Those two guys DO look alike.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  2. Betsy ~ yes, one sister is all I have left!

I always wondered what it would be like to have a brother...but I have more than enough brothers-in-law to make up for it! LOL!

Well, Betsy, you perhaps brothers online as it were?

  6. Oh I am not sure, the second one seems more handsome to me! But my first thought at seeing the second photo was to say to myself "I don't remember having a tie like that!" Thanks Betsy for introducing me to my doppelganger.

  15. This is great, Betsy! They definitely do look alike. I wonder what they each sound like. I expect Alan has a mellow voice with a bit of gruffness to it. What about Steve?

  16. Kat ~ no gruffness in Steve's voice...it's soft and mellow! I suppose their accents would be the biggest difference! :)
