blog, Between Naps on the Porch! It was a creation
This beautiful silver leaf and pearl accent
is really an ornament.....
around my neck! For the personalization....I had the
names of "my five men" placed on the front.
The Mister's name will remain a secret. :)
I'm sure both ladies would appreciate a visit!
Thank so much Susan and Lisa!
Betsy...your ornament is wonderful! It truly is beautiful enough to wear as jewelry! :-) Taylor is adorable in his Elmer Fudd hat, btw. Too funny they are back in style! :-)

That is so lovely! Lucky girl!
ReplyDeleteI like that you've had the names inscribed on it. Too, a leather strip would do well for that, yes. Cheers and hugs, Betsy :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Betsy! What a very lovely gift for a beautiful lady...
ReplyDeleteBetsy,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations are in order. And how you have personalized it is also very nice. I'm sure you are busy as a little honey bee buzzing around that cute nicely decorated home of yours putting those final little dots on those snowman cookies!
Hugs, The Bach
Lord Wellington ~ well, haven't quite baked the cookies yet! I'm finishing up basket orders and then I can concentrate on the personal stuff. I am going to get some of the gift buying done today. You, on the other hand are way ahead of me!
ReplyDeleteOh, you are a lucky girl! It's beautiful. Lisa Leonard's jewelry is simple and unique. Enjoy your new bangle.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I just had the best time catching up on your blog. Your pictures and your calming words make my day! Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteBetsy...The leaf is gogeous! I can't tell the size, but you might also consider wearing it on a ribbon as a choker. Maybe a red velvet ribbon for a holiday party. Congrats & enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that you now have this amazing 'jewel' to enjoy forever! Susan is a favorite of mine ..... I love that you have your five men's names engraved on the ornament.
ReplyDeleteCongrats! It's lovely.
ReplyDeleteHi! I am frantically trying to catch up with my blog reading! I have missed so much!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely ornament. A treasure!
I will visit them for certain. What a lovely prize! Yes, it would look so beautiful dangling as a necklace too. I'm so thrilled you won that. What a nice lift to add to one;s Christmas spirit.
ReplyDelete..And, well, shucks, there I was thinking the Mister's nae was Horatio, but it appears to be too long for that space. LOL.
oh how beautiful! congrats on winning!
ReplyDeleteLadyCat ~ oh, good idea if it was smaller...it's much too big for that.
ReplyDeleteMmm ~ Horatio? hee...nice try.
ReplyDeleteYou are a lucky blog duck! I can see you wearing it as a pendant.
ReplyDeleteThat's rather nice isn't it? You seem to have left plenty of room for more names. Is there something you aren't telling us!
ReplyDeleteFunny, Alan! ....no...not saying anything of the sort. I have PLENTY of men, thank you very much. hee!
ReplyDeleteThat's really sweet. Perfect with names of your five men! Congrats on your winning such a lovely gift!
