mouth watering...i mean...how interesting....we are camping on a farm in NC this weekend...there are several turkeys strutting in their full regalia...little do they know.
we had seven wild turkeys in our back yard this morning. They live in the national forest abutting our property and are often in the yard. Today they were pecking at gravel for their gullets. They are so lovely.

ReplyDeleteWe see many around here. I've only eaten wild turkey once and because they're so lean, they dry out very quickly and shouldn't be overcooked.
