At first glance I thought I was looking at the metamorphosis of a butterfly ..... then I realized it was the whirly bird seedling I love to watch as it journeys to the ground.
Subby ~ they are still fun, aren't they? The Mister is always cleaning them out of our gutters...so he probably doesn't think they are as fun as I do! Ha!
Man, I remember those things when I was a kid! I hated having to pick them up as a chore, but I loved playing in them and was sad when my dad cut down that tree. Fun reminder!
