in season! Even Alex has been enjoying it!
I saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add chopped zucchini. When tender-crisp, add chopped tomato,
salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Heat through and top
with shredded Parmesan. Very fast....very yummy.
Yummies! I make sauteed veggies almost every dinner all summer long. Mmm. I can smell these from WM!

Mmm...that looks SO good, Betsy! I need to try this.

ReplyDeleteLora ~ would be good for that hubby, too! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy
ReplyDeletejust perfect...still crisp...still fresh and still nutritious...
Happy days
Yummm!!! You're making me hungry for veggies...that's a good thing!!
ReplyDeleteI love zucchini; they are unfortunately not as common here, or are rather expensive. We have other kind of "pumpkins", but they are not as good.;)
ReplyDeleteThe picture truly looks yummy.;)
xo
like willow we have sauteed veggies all summer long...yum.
ReplyDeleteYou know, I did something sort of like this a long time ago in the oven with zucchini, squash, and roma tomato, but the tomato gets a little squishy. I think I like this better because it will cook a lot faster the tomato will not get squishy since you add it at the end. I'm definitely going to try this, hopefully this week!
ReplyDeleteWOW does that look delicious! Will have to try this combo!
ReplyDeleteyum! I need to eat something healthy like that. BTW, i too love the small of wood polish! I haven't smelled it though in years.

ReplyDeleteDo you know how to stop following a blog and have your name removed from the followers? I have one I wish to stop and don't know how.
This looks amazing !!
ReplyDeleteNanny ~ here's the steps stop following a blog..
ReplyDelete--go to your dashboard
--see your followers list on the left
--click on blue box "manage"
--choose the blog
--choose 'stop following this site'
--then I think it asks you to verify your decision.
Looks like the followers link is down at the moment. Maybe Blogger is having a problem.
Hope that helps! :)
