I'm off to spend some time at Willow Manor!
There's nothing like spending a day with your sister.
I'm sure there will be lots of chatter and laughing...
"The kind of gut-busting, tears-streaming-down-your-face,
bordering -0n-hysteria laughter that still makes you giggle
when you think of it days later."
(jennifer lewis meyer)
Yes, that's the kind of laughter I'm talking about!
I'm sure there will be some eating out and shopping, too,
but it's that hysterical laughter that I'm looking forward
to the most! And laughing is good for you ~ did you know
that people who laugh often add 8 years to their lives?
Have a happy weekend, all!
Great one ! Enjoy your weekend too:)
ReplyDeleteOh, marvelous world. The sky is smiling, the bird is the natural demon.

Yes, laughter is the best medicine, even when you are feeling down, laughing can pick you up.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have fun during your time at WM. And if you see one of the ghosts there, just say Hi, maybe they are glad for the visit too. Who knows if they are enjoying the laughter also. How could they not?
God bless.
Eight years?! I'm going to laugh much more, I love living.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time!

ReplyDeleteMaybe they will join in the laughter....
Go and enjoy the moments.
ReplyDeleteSomeone once said that you don't always remember the day, just some of the moments.
Hope you have lots of moments!
This is either an unbelievable shot or you are really good with Photo Shop. I cannot tell (if it is PS'd) and you probably shouldn't either.
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic time! How far away does she live from you?
ReplyDeleteBetsy,
ReplyDeleteI wondered if you were related. Your writing style's are very similar.
Tell me, do you ever go stay all night at Willow Manor and take a chance on seeing another ghost??
That is very scary to me.
Let us know that you returned home safe and sound. teeheehee
enjoy. Say hi to Willow!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely for you to have sister like that. Sometimes I think a brother like that would have been so lovely too.
hope you have a great weekend! I love that kind of laughter... beats even shopping and eating and that's saying something :)
ReplyDeleteoh, i can almost hear you two laughing from here! enjoy every minute of it!!
ReplyDeleteKayren ~ she's an hour away. You would think we would see each other more often, but life gets busy!
ReplyDeleteCindy ~ yes, I do spend the night. I've seen the shadow of one of the ghosts and a few of the little tricks they play. This visit a door knob slowly turned and the door creaked open to the room we were in. I guess that one wanted to join in on the conversation! ha-ha.
ReplyDeleteHave a good laugh, and say hello to the ghosts if you meet them!
