His Eye is on the Sparrow

googleimages

"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?

Yet not one of them will fall to the ground

apart from the will of your Father.

And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

So don't be afraid;

you are worth more than many sparrows."

Matthew 10:29-31

  2. A wonderful verse and a great photo!

    I have found another nest in our backyard~in our blueberry bushes! I'm not sure what kind of bird, but the eggs are a light blue with brown spots...I think our robin's nest has been abandoned though:(

  6. I always struggle with that verse when I look around but GOD remains good and loving, regardless.

    Hey, look! It's worms! Still loveing them, right? Or, err....maybe not since the poor fellas are being fed to the birds--literally! Oh dear me. :)

  10. Love that verse...I use the hair on your head part a lot with my kids when I'm trying to explain, or not, how we can't truly understand the complexity of God.
