Fluffing the Bed

I celebrated May Day by removing the flannel sheets...finally
it is warm enough! Smooth, fresh cotton feels
so light and airy. I think it's officially spring now.

  1. Yes, I too love all these little spring signs!
For me the arrival of spring in my home is signified by the fact that I can leave my windows opened during the day.;)
    Lovely pictures.;)

  3. Cor, I wish it was warm enough here. We've had a few days of nice weather, the met office tells us we're in for a good summer, and then it rains, blows a gale and the temperatures drop to winter.

    Love the sheets.

  4. Yay, Spring! It's hot, but not humid, and that makes all the difference.

  5. Betsy!! I did too! When hubby's folks left I made up the bed with the summer sheets and they feel so smooth and cool and airy!!
I DO SO LOVE flannel sheets in winter but it is a rite of passage to switch back to the light weight ones for summer! WELCOME SPRING!

  6. Lucky and I turned the matress and changed out the flannels a couple of weeks ago!!! Must me a "Northern" states thing. I just want to stop by and say hello. I always enjoy the visit. I've been pretty busy traveling and working...more to come. Take care and blessings on you and your family. Strider
