  1. That picture sure could have been me yesterday as I was recuperating from a bout of some kind of stomach virus and all I wanted to do was to sleep! Which I did too! Happy New Year!

  2. I'm jealous! I haven't found the time to just sit yet. My TX family is arriving tonight. I'm procrastinating by reading blogs because I am supposed to be cleaning right now. I still have a gift to finish making. I'm off Monday to visit but worked yesterday and I'll have to work the other days next week too. Then Sunday after the New Year will be my daughter's baby shower. My company will leave the day afterward. My tree may not get taken down until February. Shhhh, don't tell. Enjoy your rest.

  3. What a great photo! Yes, I feel somewhat like that, but I hafta buck up! The holidaying is just getting started. My hubby's b'day was the day after Christmas, and our 30th anniversary is tomorrow. Also we'll have a guest for a week starting tomorrow. It's been fun so far, tho!

That kitten reminds me of your Kitty Alex!

  5. Yes, I do.;) And having a cat around, I do get reminded of a nap often. Living this far up in the North, the lack of light makes me often think that Scandinavian should be allowed to go into hibernation comes January.;))
Hope you will have a wonderful rest.;)

  9. It is so nice to have had a wonderful weekend and now settle down for awhile. Still gotta take tree down and store all of the decorations,,,,think I'll wait a few days before tackling that.
