First Days of School

  2. I always took pictures on the first day of school too. FOr some forgotten reason I didn't last year but now am determined to do so this year.

  4. Modgirl ~ And how did you know I was puttering?? :) First thing I did was take apart my computer keyboard and clean it. So many crumbs and sticky things under the keys...so much better now! I'm reclaiming my desk! :)

  5. A senior!!! UNreal! I will tell my boys that even Taylor stops long enough to have a "first day of school" photo taken..they were a bit annoyed with me this a.m.

  7. Ah, they grow up too quickly don't they? I've always cried when I hear the song "Sunrise Sunset" from Fiddler On The Roof for this reason. Hope he has a wonderful senior year of HS!

  8. As a parent......"It's the most, wonderful time of the year," (Think of this phrase as the christmas song!). 2 of my kids are out of college and have jobs. We still have 2 at home. One daughter is a Jr. in College, and our youngest started high school. Yahoo!!!!!!! I am looking forward to the "order" that kids gong back to school bring. Be blessed my friend.

  10. Don't you love new beginnings? I can remember all those years ago knowing that I was heading to school and that I was finally a SENIOR. I pray he has a wonderful school year!
