Sugar Snap Peas

Just as the raspberries were finished, the
sugar snap peas are ready! They are yummy
fresh picked and raw, but tonight I steamed
them and topped with a little kosher salt
and olive oil. Yummy!

  2. Mmm ~ yes, these are from my garden...super easy to grow right from a packet of seeds. I think they are my favorite!

  3. What beautiful beans! Don't you just love them with fresh sliced tomatoes, cornbread and some raw onion? I think that's a wonderful mean. You always have the yummiest looking food.

  6. My goodness Betsy..fresh peas from the garden...just doesn't get much better....I caught up on a few past post I've missed while traveling....love the birds and the raspberries and cream look devine :)

  8. They are delicious...and we don't even open them up! They are tender and tasty eaten just like they are picked.

  10. Julie~ they are so good! I am enjoying my garden, but it is a lot of work! All the rains here have really helped a lot, though!
