  1. I love couscous and this sounds and looks amazing..I'm copying and pasting this to my recipe files...Is it a woman thing that this would be more than satisfying as a complete meal in itself? LOL!!

  2. Thanks Rebecca! I had never had couscous until about a year ago when a friend told me about it. This is our favorite way of eating it...yummy salad that goes with anything. Yes, I could eat it all by itself, too! :)

  3. Couscous is so quick and easy to make, and can be flavoured in countless ways. I'm printing this off for the recipe tab in my bloggy binder...you know most of the recipes in there are from you! Thank you Betsy, this looks dee-lish.

  4. This is one of my favorite summertime salads. I need to make some! Yummies.

  5. Mmmmmm...couscous is delicious as a side, or even as a complete meal if served with beans. This looks delicious! Thanks!

  6. Mmmmmmmmm! I was just thinking of couscous salad last week and bought some in a box, but haven't made it yet. Yummy! I must try yours, it looks great.

  7. Pat ~ I've never had it with beans....kind of like red beans and rice? Now we're getting down south! I need a recipe!

  8. I love couscous, but almost never make it (which is silly because it is so easy!). Thanks for the recipe. If Tukes eats it the same way he eats rice there will be couscous everywhere!
