What's For Dinner?








Here's what I've been cooking lately....

  1. Chicken Fajitas.
  2. Mushroom onion burgers and hand cut fries.
  3. Everything Nachos.
  4. Stuffed scrambled eggs.
  5. Lasagna with sweet Italian sausage and homemade sauce.
  6. Fried chicken and bean salad.
  7. Tuna cakes.

    1. We had those tonight...hadn't had them in a long time! Yum. Breaded them in Panko so they were nice and crispy!

  7. I guess I can say it again. Can you adopt me? I would love to sit at your table every night!!! Tonight for us it was old fashion comfort food from my childhood. Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes and salad.

    1. Meatloaf is a favorite from my childhood, too! With mashed potatoes and baked beans. Strange combination but I still remember how yummy it was. :)

  10. Hi Betsy - love the colourful and thus good ingredients ... gorgeous - definitely worth trying. Also I appreciate the way you use fruit with your meals ... it's an added bonus ... cheers Hilary

  13. I wish I could fancy my food these days. Seriously struggling to eat but..... Losing weight. I wasn't eating as much as anyone I know before I was ill but now......

  16. All delicious . . . I am taking much more of an interest in food and cooking now that I have joined a slimming club. In four weeks I have lost almost a stone. I would love to have a go at all of them ~ and will . . . :)
