I love fog.... :)
Not much looking could come dueAs the fog covered youWell you could lookJust not see much at your nook
Couldn't see a thing out there. Not a house, car or a bear. haha.
Not much to see ... lol ... yet very mystical and beautiful ... makes me think about some mediaval times almost ... I have no idea why ... just sharing the very first thought :-) ... ps: yes happy lazy mornings over here despite the rain ;-)
I can totally see a knight on a horse coming out of that! :)
What state are you in? A unseasonably warm 70 degrees in central Virginia today.
I'm in Ohio. We were in the 50's today....unseasonably warm for February!
Fog has always intrigued me. I don't care to drive in it, but just to view it some how soothes me. :-)
I feel the same way....it's beautiful and mysterious! Driving in it isn't fun, though!
Great capture Betsy. It just keeps raining here....Floods, mud slides, not fun in Central California. We are safe where we are but everything is getting so saturated...
I guess the drought is over?
That's what I woke up to also. Once it was gone, though, it was a beautiful day!Marla
That's the way it was here...beautiful sunshine and I opened some windows for a little while!
So you were all of a fog . . . lolBreathtaking view . . . lol . . .I'd have turned over and gone back to sleep . . . haha
We say, "you were IN a fog" :)With the boys home and the cats jumping on my bed to greet me, there wasn't any going back to bed here. haha....
We say that too . . Yes I can imagine it . . . . no chance of going back to the land of nod.I gathered the day improved a little later there.I got a lot done on the tree bench . . . on a roll . . :)
So? That is normally the scene that greets me more or less every day now when I pull back the curtains.Oh clouds above meWhere are the birds that used to sing?Everything's wrongDon't lake the dreams to which I cling.Oh Where is the Sun? Billie Holiday - WHERE IS THE SUN?
You'd think she was British with a song like that! haha.
Haven't seen it for a while ~ is it still round? . . . lol
What, the song? I have no idea! You old guys should know....

Looks a little foggy!
Just a wee bit.... haha...
It's so pretty! I may be strange but I love a foggy morning!
I do, too! So very cool!
So beautifully mysterious... and spooky, too!
It kind of is, isn't it? Especially at night!
Hi Betsy - gloomy, eerie and lovely .. but it makes a change - our Downs are shrouded in thick mist once again this morning .. cheers Hilary
help...must be a British thing...
The low chalk hills in Southeast England are called The Downs. Not a lot of trees, mainly pasture. Quite beautiful. I have a gorgeous painting that a British/Canadian friend of mine did of sheep on The Sussex Downs. So peaceful.
Looks like a Halloween post Betsy!! We are having the weirdest weather here..it is in the 70s all week. Definitely an early spring as Beauregard the Ground Hog in Atlanta predicted.
I think it's weird everywhere!
We'd call that a pea-souper!
lol....that's the perfect description.
I love the mystic look of fog!! blessings ~ tanna
I do, too...so pretty!
