If You Open The Pantry Door And See This...

You may have too many cats.
But his name is Cocoa, so I guess he kind of belongs there!

    1. haha..oh, no...We haven't had a new one since Star. Tiger brought Cocoa home with him
about 3 years ago...mid winter night, freezing cold, deep snow. He was just a kitten.
      Tiger's sweet like that. haha.

  2. Every pantry should have Cocoa!!! HaHa

I like your use of baskets and canisters, I do that and it keeps things organized.

    2. When we had our cats they loved finding new places to explore. For some reason they liked the bathroom sink.

    3. One of our cats from long ago loved to sleep in the sink...hilarious. It looked uncomfortable but that didn't seem to bother him!

  3. that is pretty cute, and funny. I had never lived with a cat when we brought out Lilly cat home 15 years ago. We couldn't find her anywhere. She just disappeared. I gave up and went to get some coffee and there she was on the shelf by the cups. Scared the heck out of me! Cats are a hoot.

    1. What a cute story! I have them startle me occasionally as they hide in funny places...usually in closets or under couches. And they love to ambush you...jump out and get you when you least expect it! Lol....

  4. They love to hide and/or discover new spots, don't they? Laughing that he chose the pantry. Maybe that's why Star follows you and Whiskers follows the Mister! Hee hee.

    1. Yes...first time! That shelf is usually full of bottled water but it was time for a grocery trip so it was empty. I wonder how long he had been there! He was napping in the dark quiet spot. Haha.

  6. Hi Betsy - good for cocoa ... and he's so dark - I'd love to be near him ... either to stroke or even to eat and dream of a cocoa drink, or cake ... they do find their way to secret places don't they - he seems very at home ... cheers Hilary

  9. Found a nice comfy spot
To be alone from the lot
    Just enough space
Has the "did you have to find me" face
