My kitties brought a chippy in the house on Thursday. He escaped into Grandma's room where he desperately hoped to get out the window but the screens were in. Being the kindhearted sort, I opened the window and did my best to set the screen ajar, closed the door, and hoped he might make an exit. Of course I don't know how it went, but my orange cat was later seen just inside the back door munching on some unfortunate soul. I can only hope it wasn't the little fellow who'd narrowly escaped death just an hour or so before. Ugh. I'm beginning to worry a bit for Little Red.
It's the baby squirrel! Tiny, he is! Aw.
ReplyDeleteHe is a late comer but he has time to grow to get through the winter. Great shot!
ReplyDeleteI wondered about that....seems late for a new family! He's probably only about 6" long!
DeleteA late bloomer
ReplyDeleteNot a baby boomer
Collecting his nuts
Avoiding cat butts
Reading for the snow
And having a little peep show
I wonder if he's an only child.
DeleteSweet, quiet and mild.
Or if there's a big family there
and through the windows they all will stare.
haha.

DeleteWell I wouldn't blame him for that . . . lol . . :)

DeleteHe was thinking," So! That's what a human looks like! My Mum was right, they are BIG! But I they can't climb trees though. . . . .
