What's For Dinner?


Here's what we've been having for dinner lately...






  1. Chicken Spinach Salad with candied pecans and strawberries.
  2. Eggs, Over Easy, with fruit.
  3. Tomato Zucchini Pie with a corn flake crumb crust.  (recipe).
  4. Crab Cakes with sauteed vegetables.
  5. Cornbread Salad. (recipe)
Pull up a chair...I'd love to serve you a plateful!

    Chair is pulled up . . . . they are all sinfully delicious and nutritious . . . cornbread salad looks superb . . any left? . . lol . . :)

      Love crab cakes....I buy them already prepared at the fish counter...Maryland style...yum..
      and easy on the cook!

    I've never heard of cornbread salad before, but it sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing your recipe. We love cornbread, so I'll definitely try this one.

    Hi Betsy - they all look so good - I always enjoy checking your dishes out ... wish I lived nearer! Cheers and now I'm very hungry - just had some raspberries and yoghurt for breakfast ... I hope that lasts til lunchtime! Hilary

    Oh Yum.....The cornbread salad really interested me....will you share what you use and what kind of dressing....Don loves cornbread and it's too hot for chili and cornbread. All your meals look out of this world delicious and artistic.

    Yes, I do see things in clouds...and if I had to paint it over again...I would have added something in the sky...HaHA
