Ever Get The Feeling You're Being Watched?

I was working at my desk and glanced to my left and
this is what I saw!  Ha!  Oh, these cats of mine are
a constant entertainment.  And when I laugh, they
look at me like I'm crazy!   This is another one of those
poses that makes them look like Weebles.
I thought they especially looked like stand-up photos
mounted on cardboard....little cat busts.
They also look like they're saying, "When's dinner?"

  1. Yes, dinner might be on their mind but they are very subtle at mentioning it. Love the two and all the others too.

    1. These two are together quite often and I think they compliment each other quite well for a colorful photograph. Silly guys...

  2. Oh those two little rascals. Your bunch all have such cute personalities. I'm cat sitting for 11 days while his owners are on a cruise from Lisbon, Portugal to Paris. Not envious much. :-) Would you believe I've never owned a passport? Would never admit that to my neighbors. They would be appalled to have me living in their midst.

    1. The Mister has never had a passport, either, so you're in good company! ;)

How fun to be cat sitting! Are you staying at their home or just popping in to check on things? An 11 day cruise sounds wonderful...especially those ports!

    2. Popping in, but I try to stay several hours, so Felix will know he hasn't been abandoned. He's very unsatisfactory with respect to no show of affection to anyone but his mom. He's a special breed, a Koret, Give me a common cat any day.

    3. I had to look up Koret! Pretty color. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with any of the fancy breeds, though. haha.

  3. lol sitting there with a little catitude
    Thinking how rude
    Where is the food
    For the cat brood
    Too funny indeed

    1. A catitude for sure
as with their eyes they try to lure
      me into doing their bidding...
      and they aren't kidding!

  4. They are too cute. I still wish mine would at least pretend to be friends.
    I like the "catitude" idea.

  5. I think they are thinking
    Without even blinking
    That they are so lucky
    They were at first plucky
    To trust that nice lady
    Who answered their 'mayday'
    And gave them a home
    No more must they roam
Just a trip to the vet
    Was the condition they met
    If they could tell Peaches
About the good life within reaches
He would jump in his cage
    Without fear or rage.
Just look how well they look
Bet they're glad good fortune struck
No wonder they look at you with affection
You gave them a life think they with reflection . . . .

Lovely photos and love their expressions.
They look very curious about what you are doing . . . :)

  7. A big "Awwwww!" from me. I had to look up Weebles. I love that you have all these handsome/beautiful beasties around so that we can enjoy them too. Their fur looks so shiny and healthy. But they do kind of look that they have dinner on their mind... hee hee!

    2. My cats spend a LOT of time staring at me when it gets close to food time, but they usually do it from opposite sides of the room. I guess they think they have better chances that way.

    3. haha...well, we don't really have food time...the bowls stay filled and they can eat as they wish. But I still get watched intently..who knows what they were really thinking!

  9. Cat's are so funny! We call that position "Kitty tipping", because if Oliver was bumped when sitting like that, he tipped over.

    1. I should try bumping one some time and seeing if they would tip! haha....

  12. Oh cats! Aren't they wonders? Such beautiful faces.
Mine got old and passed away but I have three dogs and they are just as bad.
They are my witnesses, like my soul, that knows everything there is to know about me.
Animals are the best thing to happen to people. They make you laugh.
They are incredibly smart and tricky and so much like humans.
They say Hey! Get up an at em! We want to play and like with kids,
you give in and do what they tell you to do lol

    1. I love this comment....I completely agree...they enrich our lives in so many ways.
My home would be very quiet and dull without them! They are smart...and much more
aware than we give them credit for. They seem to know our emotions and mood, too,
and I've had one come and console me when I was crying, which amazed me that they
      even noticed. Aw...what sweeties!
