I just KNEW I was on the Nice List! ha.
I used them for the first time yesterday
when I was fixing up a little lunch to feed my
Mexican craving!

    1. I had not heard of them either and saw them on Pinterest a couple of weeks before Christmas! Pretty cool...just two or three snips and you have a pile of perfectly chopped pieces! And they go in the dishwasher...very nice.

    2. Well, I think they do an absolutely wizard job on the herbs, just how I like 'em, not chopped into a million pieces with a knife. I first encountered those scissors at the cookery school when I was in Paris. Thought I MUST have a pair no matter what the cost!

Pretty please, can you email me the recipe, or the contents, of that delicious looking salad? I'm need a few new ideas. My "Salade Niçoise" is getting a bit boring nowadays.

    3. They are cool, aren't they? So easy and I like the little strips just like you said.

Yes, I'll email it to you..although I just layers things in a bowl to dip my chips in...but I'll tell you about it. Do you like spicy?

  9. That makes rolling my cilantro into a ball and chopping it up with a big knife no fun at all.
I think maybe I'll go buy some more dried red chile pods.

    2. Me too. I was watching Ireland MasterChef the other day and the entire back
window of the studio, is all herbs. All kinds. Brilliant idea. Just to line the
      entire sunny window.
