I saw that sliver as well and thought of capturing it in a photo. But alas, the chocolate cake baking had to be done! lol!
Well, that is a good excuse! :)
Very pretty! I dont remember the last time I stopped to stare at the moon...you inspired me :)
You need to stop and take a breath now and then, Jax! Notice the beauty! ha.
How romantic . . . :)
Isn't it? I think I like the slivers more than the full moons!
Care for a stroll? . . . :)
Watch it! Eddie. Me first. . .

Just a little fingernail.
Just barely there!
I saw that crescent moon tonight too, but couldn't stop to get a picture. You got a good one!
I need to go see where he is now....it was so strange that he was setting instead of rising! Lol..
I love the waning moon. Maybe she was sneaking off to eat an Almond Joy!
Haha....if she eats too many of those she will be round and full in no time!
We dont get many "Blue skies, Smiling at me. . " - Ella Fitzgerald - here in Britland now. All we get nowadays is"When skies are cloudy and gray. . . " - Tony Bennett so"I see [dont] the moon, the moon [doesn't] see me . . . " - The Stargazers.
You just get, "Rain drops keep falling on my head." ~ B J Thomas. ...during your"Stormy Weather" ~ Lena Horne.ha.
Smarty pants! Ha!
It's your fault, you know...I think you're rubbing off on me!
I like this kind of moon. It has no effect on my facial hair. "ARH-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

The dog walked himself last night out in the fenced in backyard, so I didn't get to see this when I normally walk him. Your kitchen project is looking so great.
You mean that dog didn't come back and tell you the moon was photo-worthy? haha.
I saw that moon as I was leaving for the Halloween carnival- broad daylight and I thought to myself that it would make a nice photo..but I was so tired after I completely forgot. You got a lovely capture.
I need to check it out tonight and see if it's any higher in the sky!
A beautiful photo of that tiny sliver.
I'm serving coffee! Stay and chat! And no awards, please! Your comments are my awards!
