I opened the cat door back up again. Now that the dead mouse has been discovered and disposed of I'm feeling brave again. Little Cat is enjoying her renewed ability to come and go and has decided she likes being inside, even when the kids are here. Imagine that! I'm doing my best to keep the bedroom doors closed.
