Beautifully captured Betsy. All it wants now is full wrap round stereo sound of Andy Williams singing his Love Story son. Did you use a telephoto lense?
I've watched them for two weeks and could never get photos of him feeding her. They were always hidden behind branches! Today, finally, they were in the perfect spot. Yes, I zoomed in on them. They look like they were posing! haha.
I've been looking at them again, Betsy. The way you have focussed on them with the blurred foreground leaves and flowers against a blurred background is highly effective. Am I trying to say, clever depth of focus planning! Great shots! I think good enough for any magazine - why not try to publish them in a birdy mag?
Absolutely...positively...spectacular!!! Have I said how awesome these are!!!! Great patience Betsy....kudos to you! Enjoy your evening... Cheers! Linda :o)
I love this! You captured it perfectly, Betsy. Such a sweet kiss. You really must publish these somewhere... birdies and kitties both. Such patience, but a well-deserved reward in the end!
I had two canaries a male and female and it was delightful watching this family. The male was like duh! and the female was bopping at his head with her beak saying dumpkoff!! I am N E S T I N G!
I'd never get anything done if I had so many pretty birds to watch. We have bunnies at our 'new' house and golly they are fun to watch. Not so many birds though. Thanks for sharing yours! Taria
Yesterday I really didn't! I had a long list and ended up taking photos most of the day! haha. Now bunnies would be fun to watch, too! They steer clear of our yard with all the kitties, though!
Awww...sweet pictures ♥
ReplyDeleteAren't they? They are just the cutest couple!
