  6. What THREE of you!! Lawdie bless my sanity!! LOL. You'll have to rename your blog, "Us and our five men!" ROFL
Great idea to use the laptop, Betsy for your hairdo sales promotion shots and I am so pleased to see your hair is still quite long and it looks really good, cher. I expect it is easier for you to manage it now. You do look very young.

  16. You look like Taylor's sister! Great cut. Fun to do something different. Mine is longer than it has been in a while and I am thinking of getting it chopped... but it is so cold out I need all the help I can get! Did you donate to Locks of Love again? Maybe they need more than seven inches... not sure. So beautiful, Betsy. I always say I feel like a new puppy when I get my hair cut!

    1. You need 10 inches for locks of love...I had no idea I had 7 or I might have waited another few months to reach it! It didn't feel that long, but I guess it was in the back. I know what you mean about hair keeping you warm...it's like a scarf! And the opposite in the summer...I have to wear it up or it's too hot! Yeah, it's fun to do something different....I like how thick it feels!

      Delete
    2. Do Locks of Love hand out free hair to old men? I could certainly do with some long hair this cold weather.

    3. My hair turned into a toupee for you? Now you have me laughing! I'd really insist on a photo then!

  17. OH.MY.GOODNESS! It's a darling style on you, but then I can't imagine anything that doesn't look good on you! How fun to have a change. Hope you won't feel colder without all that hair...especially in these frigid temps!

    1. Thanks, Abe. Now I'm wondering if anyone sat down to their laptops this morning, saw their reflection and decided to snap a picture! :)

  20. Just popped by to see if you have had another 7 inches trimmed and look even younger ROFL.
Something is wrong with my laptop! - reflections from that are not nearly as lovely!

    1. haha...oh, why don't I just shave it all off and go back to nursery school?! lol....
So...did you snap a picture? Did the reflection talk back to you? haha.

      Delete
    2. Nope! could not see any justification to take my picture because I have not had my hair trimmed.
And . . . . . nope! My reflection did not say a word for once lol.

      Delete
    3. But I bet it smiled back at you! ha.

    4. Yes - but did not tell me a joke - it had heard it before!!

    5. haha...that's the trouble with clones and reflections, isn't it?

  25. I love it!!! You look so young...it must be your happy spirit that keeps you young ♥ I have been straightening my curly hair the past few months. It is nice to make a change.

    ReplyDelete

    1. change is nice....I think your hair was straight when I met you! It's nice to be able to do both!

Glad you're safe....saw the news and thought of you...but not too worried since I knew that wasn't your building. :)

      Delete
    2. Yes I go back and forth with my hair. It takes longer when I straighten it : )
It was pretty scary. The shooting was five buildings down from mine. And Tom's building is on the other side of campus, it was a sad day.

  27. When I came to your page tonight I thought "Who is that beautiful girl? Has she hi-jacked Betsy's blog?", then I recognised that wonderful smile of yours. You look absolutely gorgeous with that hairstyle, it suits you. I hope you intend to keep it.

I tried to take a picture of myself through the screen after I wiped all the muck off it. I think there's something wrong with my camera, all I got was a picture of an ugly old man; and bald to boot!

What does Alex, Harry and Spencer think to the new you?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Thanks, Keith...you are very sweet to say that!

an ugly old man....well, now, I know better! ....do you still have that scruffy beard? ;)

The guys didn't act like they noticed! At least they knew it was still me. haha.

      Delete
    2. Wadda y'mean? Scruffy? You can go off people y'know. It's the only way I can keep my chin warm this weather, but not to worry it will come off when the warm weather comes, if ever :) Otherwise people think I have got my head on upside down. . . . .

      Delete
    3. No, no! I like the beard! Scruffy is good! :)
