    1. No, they have their fur coats on. :) They let themselves in and out the cat flap. They chase snow flakes, birds and each other. Very entertaining.

    1. Seems like all of my outdoor photos look like they are black and white! ha. But when you have a grey house and black and grey cats, it doesn't help the situation. Gotta throw a cardinal in there every once in a while!

  4. Rats! Rats! Did you say, Rats? Where? :D Can you imagine being warm enough to curl up in snow and rest?
I love this pic. Purrfect with that kitty peeking around the corner.

    1. I just imagined that cats do say 'rats' when something's wrong. lol... It seems to fit! I was freezing watching them today but they sure had fun!

Are you staying warm? It's going to get really cold this week I hear...something like -19!

    2. I imagine when one of them says 'rats' you'll see them scatter trying to catch it first. Of if they are like me you'll see them standing on a chair screaming like a banshee. :D I don't do rats.
I am staying warm. Has been in the single digits in the mornings but warmer on Sunday. This is the second cold snap we've had and a few snow flurries off and on. I love the cold so I won't complain.
Did you see the moon last nite? I caught a glimpse out the window about 2am. It was an eerie moon.
      Happy Sunday. JaG

    3. Single digits is pretty cold...especially for Georgia! We're supposed to be -19 on Tuesday. That's before the windchill. Better go to the grocery tomorrow before that happens!

No moon here last night....overcast and snowing! Sorry I missed it!

    1. They do eventually get cold, though. Later in the evening they all end up inside here when the temps are unbearable.
If it's daytime and sunny, though, they seem to enjoy romping out there!

    3. Really windy here today!
They might blow over to your bay!
If that happens send them back.
Wouldn't want Cassie to have a panic attack.

    1. They had the BEST time outside today chasing, hiding and playing. The cat flap got a good workout, that is for sure.

  11. Love your cat pictures. I once heard of a man who made a living taking pictures of cats and publishing books.
The wind here sounds fierce and bitter. My cats have decided to stick close to home and be nice to each other.

    1. The wind here sounds like that, too! Just the sound of it makes me feel chilly! Glad your cats have decided that at least for today, they should snuggle together. ha.

  12. Aren't they? Always so fun to watch!

  13. I would think rats and mice would stand no chance at your place with all those cats around.
I find it quite remarkable that even with their furry coats they don't feel the cold. Perhaps they come in from time to time to warm themselves.

    1. No, can't say that we have a mouse problem. The only ones I ever see are in the jaws of a cat. ha. It is amazing that they love to play in the snow!
