I love taking photos of the moon....so much more cooperative than living moving kids and animals. ha. ....except the clouds can be real stinkers and sabotage the whole thing. lol....
You took this photo? It's brilliant! I dare say I have never in my life seen the moon like this! And what is this you say about wanting to be a photographer? It is obvious that you have achieved that goal. May I have your permission to copy your photo here for my personal enjoyment? I see you have your watermark on it. I would be honoured if you would allow me to use it as my screensaver!
Please don't worry your pretty little head. I am not a stalker or any such thing. I stumbled upon your delightful blog several months ago and was immediately captivated by your life, sense of humour, strength and beauty. I hadn't the bloody courage to comment until now. I hope you won't mind me joining in the delightful conversation every so often.
And good day to Gloria. I have recognized that you comment here often.
Your full moon photograph looks stunning on my computer. Thank you again.
Didn't see it in CA, but your Zoom lens is really a Zoom lens. Makes me want to go on an old fashioned hay ride, build a bonfire, and roast hotdogs. That was the highlight of Fall when I was a teenager. In fact my first date was a hayride. I ask the guy out. But then I've never been shy. Tee Hee.
Fantastic...I got a decent one on Friday night as well...but not the rich color, like yours... Ah yes....clouds and moons....2 of our favorite things, eh Betsy! Enjoy your evening...
I noticed it had a lot of color early in the evening when it was close to the horizon...and by the time it was high in the sky, it was just white again!
I saw it the other night when I took the dog outside. Gotta love those big pumpkin head harvest moons! Reminds me that I need to make some cutout cookies.
Gorgeous photo. I saw her on Friday night. I was out at the theatre and turned the corner to the entrance to my building and pow! It was like a spotlight on a stage. And I was the star! Well... really the moon was the star :-)
That's a fine photograph. We flew back from Spain late last night and the moon was so bright, at times I thought we might be heading for home after a refuelling stop a Tranquility International..
We saw the moon, but not as beautiful as this Betsy!
