Fall Fun To Do List

crab apple tree outside my window

Well, it's officially fall, with the first day being this weekend!
I love fall and love how it begins on my birthday, too!

I had so much fun doing a summer list that I'm going to do
a fall one, too.  I did pretty well with my summer list,
having only the picnic to be left undone.  I tried a few
times this week but the rain hampered my efforts!

I've posted my new list for fall on my sidebar!
My goal is to be done by Thanksgiving!
The month of December is full for Christmas anyway,
even though we forget it's really still part of fall!
lol....so here I go!  We've had some lovely fall weather
already to get me in the mood!

I'm thinking baking something with apples and cinnamon
might be the first thing to get accomplished! :)

    1. It IS a huge list! I had to laugh when I got it done. Maybe too much? I don't know...some won't take any efforts at all, so that will be good. I'll need to start right away though!

Would love to meet you for a latte!

Yes..shopping done by Thanksgiving! I have done this before and the years I didn't do it, I regretted it. My gift basket business is the busiest that first week of December, so my time is not my own for the first two weeks of that month. Last year I did that organizedchristmas.com and that was fun. I think it starts in October. I'll have to look. It did make for a very smooth, stress-free December. Also, I've found that my gift list has become more quality over quantity, which makes shopping faster, too! ha.

    3. It really is great...then you have time to bake, relax, enjoy...and even do some things you would love to do but never have time. I just took their suggestions and altered them to fit our family...very inspiring!

  8. I took my summer list down but have it saved as a draft in my list of blog posts. I love your idea of being done by Thanksgiving, or at least by the end of November. I should have started my list today. I made a pot of chili and an apple pie, and I bought some spicy fall candles too!

PS. I think fall s'mores is a great idea!

  11. Happy Fall and Happy Birthday, today is my sis birthday too! Love your list, I didn't get far with my summer list. Can't bring myself to try a pumpkin spice latte...it does sound good but sweet. Last year I tried the creme brulee latte and I was hooked. Good thing it's only seasonal! Enjoy your day.

  17. That is some list. :) I'll be keeping check. ha. I have an apple cake in the oven as we speak and everything set out for a walnut apple bread
for hubby later. I make him different stuff because I don't eat nuts of any kind. I have a recipe for apple brownies for ds if he comes up this weekend. I've got to do something with all the apples I brought home from the apple house last weekend. Just sitting here looking at them hasn't helped one bit. ;)

    So. How was your birthday-day?
