The tip of his nose and the inside of his ears are a paler pink than the cushion he rests on. Do all your cats have co-ordinating blankets and cushions? :-)
But Cocoa had his cosy camouflage moment too - I just naturally assumed all the kitties had an array of co-ordinating pillows and blankies. Hee hee - just teasing! Happy Monday and Happy Canada Day to those of us north of the border.
Hi Betsy .. marmaladed up - he looks just beautiful .. now to sit near with cup of coffee in hand, toast and marmalade awaiting me .. and the little soul nearby ... Happy Sunday .. gorgeous here - Hilary

ReplyDeleteOne happy feline
Unlike the cat
As he is at the other mat
With a new mutt
That keeps trying to sniff his butt lol
Hanging out at that other bay
Deletebecause there it is a holiday!
And with a new dog, too!

Swinging his paw like a blade
Sweet picture!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it? He looked so cozy, I had to take his picture! :)
DeleteI must be part cat...I love taking a nap in the sun. Usually outside in the porch swing. That is one satisfied cat! Love the picture.
ReplyDeleteIt does look fun to do, doesn't it? And cats always seem to find the one sunny patch in the house. ha.
DeleteSuch a pretty kitty - and he looks very content too.
ReplyDeleteHe's the leader of the pack, that is for sure. And sweet...most of the time.
DeleteThe luckiest kitties on earth get adopted by Betsy, theme they get to sleep on velvet pillows in the sunshine.
ReplyDeletehaha...then the feline gossip chain kicked in and they all came to live happily ever after. lol....
DeleteNothing like an orange cat in the sunshine. Takes me back to being a kid. :)
ReplyDeleteHe does glow in the sun. ha. Well, he glows among all these black and grey cats, too!
DeleteWe had an orange female cat when I was a little girl. She would lay in the sunspot on the living room floor. When the sun moved, so did she.
Deleteaw..that's such a sweet memory! :)
DeleteCute! My cats like to bask in the sun even when it's hot outside. Look like yours do too.
ReplyDeleteI always love to see them find a sliver of sun on the floor and nap there. :)
Deleteawww...pinching the eyes shut....oh please just let me sleep a bit longer mommy...smiles.
