Jack Plays Fetch

I bet I threw Mouse out of the kitchen 50 times today and he came
right back to me in Jack's mouth.  What a smart kitty!
Then Mouse went for a swim in the water bowl
and I didn't want to play anymore. haha.
Mouse would go splat where ever he landed.  yuck.

    1. sorry about that! I got an email from Google+ telling me how to have my Google+ comments show right on my post, so I did that just before posting. But I didn't like the way it was set up...too weird! And when I switched back, you were gone! hahahahaha.

    3. For one thing, it went last to first
      with the comment bursts.
So you would have to page down to see the first comment below
I just didn't like it at my show.
The plus comments can stay where they are
I think the whole plus thing is silly by far.

    3. we need to just start calling you Lefty
A nickname that would be quite nifty
Since your right side has gone to hell
      and isn't feeling very swell.
      hahaha.

    1. Your cats played fetch? Aw....that is so cute. I've never had a cat do this! it's so fun!
Yes, he was determined and very dutifully laid it on my feet each trip back! hahaha.

  11. I wonder if Mouse went for a swim because Jack was tired of fetching :-)

  12. My sweet Kiisu would play fetch as well. I would scrunch pieces of paper into a ball and throw them and she would retrieve them and lay them at my feet. She loved the way they skittled around the floor. She would also fetch with her cat toys, but she preferred the paper balls. Jack takes his play very seriously!

    1. aww...love the name kiisu! So sweet. We've played with foil balls...they make a neat sound on the floor, too! I'll have to see if he likes a paper one!

  13. He thinks he's part dog!
Our cat would never do that - he thinks he's better than us. :)
I don't like Google plus either - glad you changed it back.

    1. I'm signed up on Google+ and honestly, I don't see the point.
In fact, I don't like what it does to people's profile page.
It's impossible to find a link to their blog!

  17. Jack is just too cute. You were truly blessed when he showed up as was he! My cat will let you throw something for him to play with but then that means it is his and he only brings it back sometimes. What he likes to play with are the little plastic Thingys that you pull off of the plastic milk bottle lid so you can open it. He will even dig them out of the recycling trash to play with them. He bites them, puts it between his paws, flips it back and forth until he gets it just right and it goes flying so he can chase it again. Keeps him entertained for quite a while. Cats are so funny sometimes.

    God bless.

  19. People always say you can't teach a cat a trick, as you can a dog... but they're capable of anything as long as you keep up their interest.

Love the soda fountain stool, btw.
