    1. Your bird cage looks very sturdy, but then I suppose it has to be with all those hunters in the house.

    3. "Enjoying ~ a new little kitten that showed up on the back porch. yep...can you believe it? 20 degrees outside and it was all alone in the dark. I opened the door and it came right in. Ate, drank, used the litter and curled up to sleep. What the heck? lol...."

I like that. I told Sofie she needs a kitten to play with but My Darling said he would protest. :(

She just wants to let them fly
    Into the sky
Or into the tummy or her and another guy
But she'll claim its the first
    As she quenches her thirst
Must be grand to watch too
Not sure what mine would do

  11. An adorable cat! But those birds must be quite resilient to survive without frequent heart attacks with so many tigers around!
Have a nice Sunday! Here he have sunshine after weeks without even a tiny bit of it.

  16. Aww, Samantha is so cute and the pics of her perseverance are adorable. And I love the gorgeous bird cage! I have one that I found in an antique shop that I have sitting on my hutch -- no birds but I'm really attracted to the old cages.

  17. Well today was so warm I was ready to turn on the A/C, but I decided I should try and handle the heat. It did cool down tonight and is really nice. We used to have hamsters but somehow a piece on the cage had broken and my favorite got out. We usually would find her and put her back safely before the cats found her. We thought the cage was fixed but she was an escape artist and got out one time too many and Jericho found her first. He proudly brought me his "gift" and I was almost ready to get rid of him. But it was not his fault. I gave the other hamsters away for their safety. I was just thinking that I sure hope you have more than one lock on that cage. Our rabbit had always been safe with the cats because I think they were afraid of her. I have seen the little chinchillas and sometimes I think about getting one but with one more cat here, the answer is no.

Really cute picture and amazing the bird doesn't freak out. I hope the bird has ten lives.

    God bless.

  18. Gorgeous bird cage. The cat is having fun. Doubt if the bird is. You've inspired me to find a bird & squirrel at the feeder with the cat viewing through the window. It's so funny.
