So, we're only 6 months away from the wedding. :)
Lauren sent me a picture today of her as a flower girl.
I told her I had a mate for her and sent her Taylor
as a ring bearer. Awwww! Isn't that just the cutest thing?
Little did they know, huh?!
I just know they're gonna live happily ever after!
♥
Oh...this is too cute! I love the face Lauren is making!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Me, too! It's a little shy and a little 'aren't I cute?' haha.
Deleteoh my...so you set this all up long ago...smiles...6 months...wow
ReplyDeleteyep...it will be here before we know it!
DeleteWhat a sweet looking couple!
ReplyDeleteI think so, too!
DeleteThey are both so cute together... now and then. Lauren sounds like a lovely girl. Daughters-in-law are such a blessing. Mine is like a daughter to me and I'm sure Lauren will be to you also.
ReplyDeleteshe IS lovely..in and out! :)
Deleteyou had me at Once upon a time, so sweet,
ReplyDeleteit always feels like a fairy tale when you're young and in love, doesn't it? :)
DeleteI think both are lovely; all the best for them!
ReplyDeleteWere your kids ever in a wedding when they were young?
Deleteyes I remember they made but they were so little!(about 3 years)
DeleteI adore these kinds of match ups. Oh they should frame those two little dolls to be with their wedding pictures.
ReplyDeleteMyk's wife found a picture of her at three with a Fisher Price wagon, and I had a picture of Myk at that age with the same toy. They have those in a frame together. How fun.
I'm sure Lauren will find a way to use this in their wedding or reception! It's just too sweet not to!
DeleteWhat a great idea to frame it. You should show us those pics of them and their wagons!
Ha, looks like they were destined for each other.
ReplyDeleteit does, doesn't it? :)
DeleteCongratulations! A wedding in June (?) --- so much fun!
ReplyDeleteS
july! :)
DeleteSo happy for you and your family Betsy, beautiful young couple!
ReplyDeletethey do look very nice together, don't they? :)
DeleteDamn, you really had your powers at play
ReplyDeleteSpinning the universe to set this up at your bay
Well done I must say
As together they will surely stay
yep, I'm adding 'spinning the universe' to my talents, here!
Deletecould be used for bad or good, I fear
so be nice to me
or I'll pair you up with Flappy!
HAHAHA Oh, now that was FUNNY! :) lol....
some times the rhymes just fall your way
Deletewhen you're having a really good day.
lol.
LOL nothing funny about that
DeleteI'd have her eaten by the cat hahaha
Yeah sometimes they just flow
The right way to make one go blah at their show
the cat would get sick
Deleteand that would be ick
if he ate all of her
that gives me shivers. brrr!
haha.
lol all that makeup would make him hurl
DeletePlus the crap she uses to make her hair curl haha
those 2 pictures of them very young are so sweet, are you going to find some really cute way to use them at the wedding festivities? then, everyone would go awwwwww.
ReplyDeletebest wishes to all of you.
yeah, she's going to use them some how. I think they are adorable. :)
DeleteSo very cute...
ReplyDeletearen't they? awww.
DeleteThey were adoreable as kids and are even more adoreable as a couple.
ReplyDeleteI think so, too! And hey! You found my blog! Thanks for stopping by!

haha...it's going to be inside...nice airconditioning! I'm so glad! haha.
DeleteI like that Lauren sent you this cute picture.
ReplyDeleteBeing a Mother-In-Law has a bad rap.
You are going (and are) to be a fun, loving and supportive example for everyone, especially for Taylor.
Cute picture!
ugh...I know! There are so many bad mother-in-laws...hence the negative thoughts just hearing that term. haha. I want , to be a good one!! :) fun, loving and supportive...love that. ..along with things not to be,...nosey, critical, and the giver of unsolicited advise. lol....(see, I've already been thinking about it!) haha.
DeleteOH yeah, try to keep the mouth shut! That's my advice. And just love, love them up.
DeleteYep. I've been observing...and learning what not to do. lol. Loving is the best and easy part. :)
Deleteadorable then and now! :)
ReplyDeleteI thought so! I feel like I'm seeing visions of what the grand kids might look like some day! ;)
DeleteWhat cute photos!
ReplyDeleteMy dad was a ring bearer as a little boy and thought he had just married the flower girl. Years later he laughed and said he wondered later that day where his wife had gone. (Bethany once blogged the photo not knowing the story behind it. http://bethanyanns.blogspot.com/2006/03/joys-and-sorrows-of-marriage.html)
PS. I love weddings.
DeleteAw...that is an adorable photo of your dad! I can tell it's him! What a cute little guy in that sailor outfit. Oh my. He does look a little sad, though. haha.
DeleteAw...I love this!!
ReplyDeleteAnd no worries, I won't be sticking my tongue out as I walk down the aisle. ha!
aw...can't wait to see you walk down the aisle! And I have a special aisle seat! I don't know...the tongue thing is kinda cute! :)
DeleteThis is just adorable! After the wedding you can post these again, along with a wedding picture!
ReplyDeletethat's a great idea! :)
DeleteAnd it keeps on getting better! So very happy for all of you. Daughter in laws are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteyep...each chapter is a wonderful surprise! :)

DeleteNice....
ReplyDeletePierre
thank you! ;)
DeleteHi Betsy .. wonderful - and only six months away from the happy day ... love the photos and Taylor and Lauren ... cheers Hilary
ReplyDeletelots of things to do before then, but it's all fun!
DeleteThe photos of them as little ones are so adorable and they are such a beautiful couple now! And how exciting that the wedding is only 6 months away -- I'm sure you know that those months will fly by. I think any girl would be happy to have you as a MIL, Betsy -- you'll be great at it!
ReplyDeleteI hope so. I'm going to try! :)
DeleteThey look so cute in those pictures, it truly was a sign of what was to come. And six months probably seems like a lifetime away for them but we know that it is one blink away. I hope they spend a lot of time to stop and smell the roses, just let the wedding happen and just keep all the stress of it in a little corner. I've heard that the weddings of today are very stressful. I think they will make a gorgeous couple on their special day.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I think they are stressful for most. The key is organization, don't you think? Not being pressed by the clock helps a lot.
DeleteWhat cute photos...today's and yesterday's. They are such a cute couple. A July wedding: exciting.
ReplyDeleteit is exciting...and I'm hoping our other guys do well. ha.
DeleteHow sweet!
ReplyDeleteI thought so! :)
DeleteOMG....you have got to frame that and put it on the wedding cake table. How adorable they were! You have to do this! :)
ReplyDeleteI know!!! :) lol...
DeleteThat is just toooooo sweet! Love it! yes, they are going to live happily ever after. blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteyes, they are...a beautiful story, too! :)
DeleteOh my word... that is so cute! They sure are adorable, both as little kids and as adults!!
ReplyDeleteThey definitely need to have those pictures on display at the wedding :)
yes, everyone will really enjoy seeing this, I think!
DeleteUnbelievable. How interesting is that?
ReplyDeleteThey look like they are a wonderful couple !
How exciting to plan a wedding.:)
they are having fun plan the wedding...it's going to be beautiful!
DeleteOne of life's mysteries... how the journey unfolds.
ReplyDeleteAll the best with the wedding plans... unless they decide to elope!
no...she bought the dress...it's a wedding for sure! ;)
DeleteYesterday I show my Mom Taylor and Lauren and she loved this couple and love specially the pictures when they were little:))
ReplyDeleteawww....I'm glad she enjoyed this!
DeleteWhat exciting time for you and your boy (young man;) and your coming daughter in law must be totally swapped with planning and anticipations.;) We too are planning on a more bigger wedding at one of the castles in the area, inviting family and friends, considering that we got married last May at the cit hall, only the two of us (it was romantic anyway). But we have to first sell the white house and get some money in, so until then I look forward to hear all about your sons wedding plans.;)
ReplyDeletexoxo
oooh...a big wedding...well how fun for the two of you!
DeleteToo cute!! Cheney's wedding is in June. I can hardly believe it!!
ReplyDeletereally? awwww...how wonderful!!! It will be here before you know it! Lucky girl, too! xo
DeleteHow exciting! They make an adorable couple!
ReplyDeleteSo nice to catch up with you a little this morning, Betsy! I am loving living in Colorado ... It has been so good to be here for my daughter's last month of pregnancy and to see my grand boys in person instead of SKYPE. We live in a beautiful area with trails and lots of nature. It feels like heaven!
