  4. Oh my how I loved how you gave us your day in photo's and captions. Just great!! I will have to come back several times to just feast on each one.

Today...Oh Betsy..Countdown to the party for 50 guests. Trip to Costco...meat and cheese platters ordered. Birthday cake ordered for party, and our daughter is bringing a special one for her Dad. Bought the watermelon, cantalope, pineapple and will be cutting and bagging that tonight for the fruit tray. (Prepared fruit trays are WAY to expensive.) And I "cut up" a lot. HaHa. I could go on and on...but the kitchen is calling.

    Love and Hugs

  10. Hi Betsy - beautiful mix of photos - love the birds, and those putty-cats .. Oreo is such a wonderful name .. so pleased you had that gorgeous smile from Alex! The supper looks pretty good too .. I know it's a salad, but in my life it'd be supper!! Today I've noticed noise .. the noise of the rain/hail beating down in huge quick showers as they dash over the flat and dump their squally rain over us .. dark-light-dark-light ... it's not often like this - cheers Hilary

  17. So many things to celebrate. I love cement bunny. He must feel like his Christmas came early, being all clean and prettily decorated. And your nuthatch photo is great - how did you catch that? They usually head for the far side of the tree trunk as soon as they see a person, never mind a camera!

  19. Fun fotos Bets. Who bathed the bunny? :)

Love the Halloween shot of your father. It's magazine worthy. Oreo 's Siva look reminds me of my beloved Maggie. She wore the exact same expression. She wad so regal and I miss her still.

    Thanks for the cheery post.

  20. Some beautiful shots, as always. But... You washed the rabbit in a sink, I hope. Hate to think he got a whole bathtub to himself...
