Fruit

"But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace,

patience, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness, gentleness, self-control;

against such things there is no law."
Galatians 5:22-23

than to be right."

  6. Very nice post : ) I just read this Galatians verse today in a book that I just finished titled the Forgotten God. It's by Francis Chan and I read it for Bible book club. Highly recommend : ) And the quote really fits for me today. Have a great weekend.

  10. what a nice message- wish you could sky-write this for everyone in the world to read.

    I am afraid most people just want to be right though, kindness seems in short supply.

  11. I must confess a tendency to want to be right! I hope I'm not unkind though. I do like all the rich autumn colours in these photos.

  13. perfect pictures for perfect verses. Not sure I agree w/ the last one though actualyl, come to think of it. That is, I;d rather someone risked huritg my feelings to tell me something I needed to know, like, for example, I can;t sing then let me go on thinking I'm a singer adn trying to be one when I'm not, adn so on.

    1. It doesn't mean you aren't honest with someone...just that you don't insist that your opinion is always correct...or that you have to have the last word.

      And I say everyone should be able to sing their little hearts out and enjoy that, no matter if they have a great singing voice or not! ha. But I think this quote is about more serious matters...
