Awww, he looks so cute and almost ready to fly the coop. But maybe he will come back all the time because he will know that the feeder is there. But then aren't birds kinda territorial and he may have to find his own feeder. You really do have a zoo.
His parents have been here since last year at this time and stayed all winter. Their little life story has been a drama laid out in front of me through the windows...., from meeting, courting, and setting up house. A snake got their first eggs and then they succeeded with this brood...a boy and a girl. Little girl here is finally feeding herself after weeks of her parents doing it! I'm sure they are relieved! lol....
She does have a 'don't mess with me' look about her, doesn't she? ha. And hey, thanks for visiting! I guess you wanted to see if I was still alive after that birthday gift from Pat. haha.
Hi gloria. Had a nice dinner out...delicious food at one of my favorite restaurants! Cashew crusted talapia, coucous, and mushroom flatbread...and a glass of white zinfandel. yum!

ReplyDeleteshe...so yeah, but she won't have much color. The babies really blend in to the trees, for their own protection, I'm guessing.
